How to Wear Head-to-Toe Bold Florals in Winter #iwillwearwhatilike

Information technology'southward my first outfit postal service of 2018! Let's start the fashion I mean to get on, with something seriously assuming and colourful (nothing new where I'm concerned)… merely florals? In winter? Whoever heard of such a matter?!!

In case you're wondering, this jumpsuit is not from a new jump collection, it's AW17 (and on auction)! And what's stopping the states wearing head-to-toe bold florals in wintertime, I say?

I've had this Mango floral jumpsuit for a few months now, and some of you may accept seen that I first wore it to the Thirty Plus Blogger Awards where I wore it with a black and white camisole and the same shoes. However, this fourth dimension I wore it on Battle Day considering it was comfy (great for burgeoning food babies). I usually end up wearing trousers the day after Christmas because we always dress upwardly for Christmas Day in our family unit (I wore a stunning scarlet midi clothes but I was glad to squeeze myself out of it at the stop of the 24-hour interval) and after that I need condolement but notwithstanding want to be dressed upwards to some extent.

By the 27th I'm dorsum in my pyjamas – in my case information technology was my new giraffe onesie Keith got me for Christmas 😍 #yearmade

This fourth dimension I went with a wide black chugalug over the matching tie belt, information technology kinda adds an extra bit of oomph to the whole thing (and ties in the shoes of class).

Though it'south really the earrings that have stolen the show here!

I bought these earrings (plus another statement pair) when I went to Amsterdam in October – I've worn both pairs a few times merely this is the commencement time they've appeared on the blog. I was there with my wonderful friend Greetje (No Fear of Fashion) and we passed by a jewellery bazaar… needless to say these bold orange and black beauties were screaming my proper noun from the window display. Greetje was very restrained when we went in – despite her trying on several necklaces – but I ended up with two fabulous pairs of statement earrings.

My excuse was that Keith always buys me a piece of jewellery whenever we go along holiday somewhere (although I was in Amsterdam for work I did have a free leisure day with Greetje), so I texted Keith to say this was what he was ownership me. Yep, any excuse, I know…!

Finally – if you lot voted for me to achieve the 2022 UK Blog Awards Way & Beauty shortlist then I have to say a massive thank you!! I'm so happy to say I've been shortlisted and I couldn't exist more thankful to everyone that voted. Of course I'm not expecting to win AT ALL seeing as I won in 2017, but it was important to me to represent 40+ bloggers in this tough category. Thank you for joining the #iwillwearwhatilike link up! This started as a campaign on Instagram in August 2022 where women over 30 wore everything on a announcer's list of "inappropriate" items for 30+ women (including leopard print, curt dresses and oversized sunglasses.
